Upcoming Events for the Week of April 25

April 27 - HCUMC reserved, Youth Group serving the BEQ Founder's Day supper.

April 28 - Finance meeting at 6:30 pm at HCUMC
Ad. Council meeting at 7:15 pm at HCUMC

May 1 - SILO project at the Allerton Cent. Building from 9 am to noon.

May 3 - Parsonage trustee meeting at 4 pm, meeting at the house for a walk through followed by a short meeting.

May 5 - Parish Council meeting at 7:30 pm at HCUMC

Cans for Camp

Help us meet our goal for “Cans for Camp” by dropping off any clean redeemable pop or alcoholic beverage cans or bottles off at the back of the HCUM Church. We have provided several garbage cans out back to accept your donations. If you are unable to drop them off at the church, please contact the church at 641-877-4641 and we will make arrangements to pick them up. Your donation to “Cans for Camp” helps to send children to Bible camp each summer. Thank you for your support.

Please poke a hole in the bottom of the sack of cans before you drop them off so all the liquid drains out of the sack. This will help keep the sticky, stinky mess from getting all over Carla’s car, and when the workers dump out the cans to count them, no one will get messy from the drained cans and bottles in the sacks. Thank you.
